Sauna – season over
Dear friends of the wood-fired sauna, the sauna season is over.
————————————————————–
The Bô de fô sauna (wood fire in Jura dialect) uses the geodesic domes as saunas, reception facilities and relaxation areas from October to March.
The sauna dome is heated to 80-90°C and can accommodate up to 15 people. In keeping with Nordic tradition, the sauna is reserved for a textile-free experience (kilt or linen around the body permitted). Only the stove brings a subdued light to the sauna. Evening events are also organized, for female guests (ladies night) and male guests (mens night).
The sauna ceremony (Löyly or Aufguss) with the pouring of water and essential oils by the sauna master is an incomparable experience and offered on every evening. A towel under the buttocks and feet is mandatory to protect the wood from sweat. Please note that towels and sandals are not included, but sauna towels and kilts can be rented on site at an extra charge.
The sauna dome is designed for relaxation, and water and tea are available. Showers (cold and/or hot) and toilets are available outside on site.
Outside opening days, the entire site can be rented for private parties (groups, companies, sports clubs) under conditions of use supervised by Bnomad staff.
